Sharesave Scheme - Save As You Earn
Graduates can share in the success of the organisation
through our Sharesave scheme. Employees are invited annually
to take part by purchasing shares via a saving scheme, and
approximately 95% of Sage staff participate in this scheme.
Company Pension Scheme
After completing an initial six months' employment,
graduates are invited to take part in our excellent pension
scheme, into which both the individual and the company make
contributions. Additional benefits include life assurance and
permanent health insurance, for which Sage pays the full cost.
Death in Service Benefit
Provided you are a member of the pension scheme, four times
the basic annual salary is paid as part of this benefit.
From the outset, you will be entitled to 25 days of holiday
per year, in addition to all recognised Bank Holidays. The
company holiday year runs from January to December.
